F1 Teams of the Past – Eurobrun Racing

Eurobrun Racing were a Formula 1 team from 1988 to 1990.  They were formed when Giampaolo Pavanello’s Euroracing team merged with Brun Motorsport run by Walter Brun.  They raced in 46 Grand Prix, with a best finish of 11th by Stefano Modena in the 1988 Hungarian Grand Prix, and thus never scored points.

They had two cars in 1988, for Modena & Oscar Larrauri, one in 1989 and two again in 1990, but folded after the Spanish Grand Prix as they struggled to qualify.  In fact Claudio Langes failed even to pre-qualify once throughout the season.
